Parking Rules, Operation, and Safety

• Use of the car park implies acceptance of the current Rules and Rates, available at the entrances, in the Control Centre, and at cashiers’ desks.
• Parking users must comply with the signs posted at the entrances and inside the car park, as well as any instructions or indications from the parking staff.
• Vehicles must be removed daily before closing time.
• Management reserves the right to reduce parking hours as needed and for specific events.
• In the event of a lost ticket, management reserves the right to verify vehicle ownership, and the time spent in the parking lot, based on security cameras.
• Tickets must be validated before removing your vehicle. This can be done at payment machines and at the Control Centre.
• Management is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, their accessories, whether fixed or removable, or for any objects left inside.
• Users are responsible for any damage they may cause to the parking facilities or other vehicles and are required to report this to the Control Centre or security personnel.
• These rules are subject to modifications as required by management.
• Complaint forms are available to users.
